We continually accept applications for part time BLS and ALS Providers. Current NYS Certification, AHA/ARC CPR, and a clean driver's license are required at time of application. ALS Provider Applicants should also have valid credentials in ACLS and PALS.

We are currently seeking Full and Part time NYS Certified EMT, EMT-Critical Care and Paramedic providers looking to build a career.

Superior is the only commercial provider of EMS in Broome County. (Binghamton, NY)  Our call volume offers a good mix of medical and trauma calls in urban, suburban and rural settings and provides our ALS providers regular opportunities to use critical thinking skills and perform advanced skills.

 Before you apply online, you must meet the following requirements (Policy Statement 00-10):

  • Possess valid NYS EMT card
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift up to 125 pounds; 250 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to effectively communicate and read English
  • Ability to read road maps
